Located on the shore of a small pond outside Moscow, this residential project consists of three freestanding single-storey structures:
  • Main House
3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms

  • Guest House
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, plus utility and
technical rooms

  • Garage Block
Includes garage, boiler room, and staff apartment


All buildings are designed with low-pitched roofs and cantilevered foundations, with portions of the structures suspended over the natural terrain.
  • Wall and roof material: CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) panels

  • Insulation: Wood fiber

  • Exterior finishes and terraces: Siberian larch

The architecture emphasizes horizontal lines, natural textures, and seamless integration with the landscape.
