This project was designed as a budget-efficient home with a high level of factory prefabrication.
The house was delivered to the client in a disassembled kit, accompanied by detailed assembly instructions and tools for on-site installation.

  • Walls and partitions: Lightweight timber framing

The concept was aimed at minimizing construction costs while ensuring fast deployment and a consistent build quality — ideal for mass-market suburban housing.
