This project was designed for public spaces where a high level of privacy and intimacy is required. The building features a ring-shaped layout with a central courtyard, where a cold plunge pool is located. All windows are oriented inward, facing the courtyard, to ensure full privacy. Service access points and technical rooms are positioned along the external perimeter.

Russian Steam Room
Equipped with voice-activated attraction control (via Yandex’s “Alice” assistant). Heated by a professional wood-burning stove, delivering fine mist steam. Includes an auxiliary steam generator and specialized ventilation system integrated into the massage bench.
Cloakroom and Locker Area
Designed for up to 8 guests simultaneously.
Hammam
Features a glass partition visually connecting it with the massage area.
Massage Zone
Includes a heated marble table and a classic massage table.
Relaxation Room
Furnished with a soft lounge area.
Shower Area
Features tropical showers, aroma diffusion system, and a snow generator.
The facility is designed to accommodate up to 8 users at once, with full spatial separation and optimized flow between wellness functions.
