accommodation capacity of countryside and resort hotels.

• Solar panels on the roof and southern façade

• Vacuum solar collectors for domestic hot water

• VRV system for heating, cooling, and hot water supply

• Biological wastewater treatment unit (off-grid sanitation)

Construction

• Lightweight timber frame structure

• Interior and exterior finishes made of balsa plywood, offering a warm and natural aesthetic
