This project was designed as a hospitality facility within a riverside
hotel complex, aimed at visitors arriving by water.
Guests can dock at the marina pier and directly access the restaurant

- Basement Level (waterside access):
4 comfortable guest apartments, each with private views and
direct proximity to the shoreline
Full-service restaurant kitchen and storage facilities
Main entrance lobby with cloakroom and restrooms
Bar area and a dining hall with 250 seats
- Mansard Level (attic floor):
Children’s playroom
Private VIP dining room
The design merges recreational marina access with upscale dining
and lodging, supporting seamless hospitality for travelers arriving
via boat.
