Full-service restaurant kitchen and storage facilities
Main entrance lobby with cloakroom and restrooms
Bar area and a dining hall with 250 seats
Mansard Level (attic floor):
Children’s playroom
Private VIP dining room
The design merges recreational marina access with upscale dining and lodging, supporting seamless hospitality for travelers arriving via boat.
