Construction & Manufacturing
- Primary structure: Glued laminated timber (glulam)
- All load-bearing elements produced with CNC-milled
decorative profiles referencing historical architectural styles
- Pre-finished at the factory with transparent oil coating;
final color customization applied by the client on-site
