The client initially commissioned the construction
from URALBRUS, purchasing a plot within a residential
community.
The original developer began foundation works, but
encountered financial issues before vertical
construction could begin.
The client approached us to redesign the home based
on the existing foundation layout, while adapting the
project to their personal preferences.


Architectural & Structural Features:

• The above-foundation structure was completely

reworked, with new architecture and engineering
solutions

• Load-bearing structure: Solid timber frame

• Floors: Multi-layer assemblies with integrated

acoustic insulation

• Exterior walls: 250 mm glued laminated profiled

timber

• Interior partitions: Double-layered, sound-insulated

walls

• Glazing: Structural floor-to-ceiling panoramic

windows

The result is a warm, modern timber house that balances
open spatial experience with privacy and high acoustic comfort.
