As part of the redevelopment of several public parks in
Moscow, the client initiated the installation of a series of
timber buildings with dual functionality:
  1. Café Unit
  • Enclosed heated dining area (10–15 seats)
  • Covered terrace (20–30 seats)
  • Large open-air terrace
  • Compact kitchen and storage area
2.. Sports Club Pavilion
  • Access via club membership card
  • Facilities for changing, showering, and post-workout rest
The initial concept for the building was developed by the client in
collaboration with an external architect. This concept was
provided to us as a technical brief.
From there, we refined the architectural design and completed a
full set of construction documents.
We engineered the timber structure, prefabricated all
components, and transported them over 1,800 kilometers to the
installation site — where the building was fully assembled in just
three weeks.
